at the table
On my old blog, I had a section dedicated to my gourmet, but not very intellectual, proclivities. Before the intrepid journey into academia, I worked primarily as a cook, working under some pretty stinkin’ good chefs, who both taught me fancy kitchen skills and inspired me to create. Well, the way The Unseen Disciple is set up, there’s not really any place for this side of me to be expressed.
Until now.
Welcome to what will be the ever-expanding, hopefully interesting diversion of gastronomic delights. Here I will post the recipes to my latest experimental successes.
I’ll keep the failures to myself.
